It’s great to meet you, I’m Sam.
In design, I love incorporating textural elements, greenery, and all things earth-toned. My design style leans towards contemporary cottage, Spanish farmhouse, with a few coastal elements. I believe the space we spend the most time in, our homes, should give us the best feeling when walking through the door. A well designed space can make us more productive and affect our overall mood/sense of pride. Our homes are a representation of ourselves. I love the term home-body, to me that means you’ve fallen in love with your space.

After completing my bachelors in hospitality at Purdue (boiler up!) I returned to school to pursue my life long passion at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago to study interior design for 3 years.
I started my design career with the Chicago Cubs where I designed and project managed small to medium comerical design projects over the course of 4 years. After my cubbies era I joined a high end residential design-build firm in Chicago for 3 years. As of recent, I have welcomed a beautiful baby boy into our family and have been serving the NWI/Chicago Area in residential and comercial interior design and construction management.
In my free time I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my husband and 3 boys (and 2 pugs!), all things plants and gardening, and checking out the newest restaurants.
